If you cancel your entire enrollment while all children are within their refund windows, we refund the full enrollment price. If only some children withdraw within their refund windows, we adjust the family price and refund the difference. For example, if you paid $1,500 for two children and one continues, the remaining enrollment costs $1,000, so your refund is $500. Applicable refundable tax is included in your refund preview.

Your child’s learning access ends when their enrollment term ends. There’s no automatic renewal or charge. Contact support if you’d like to discuss continuing access.
A cohort is a group of children with the same learning start date. A shared start helps families build a routine together, with personal support from the founders. Choose an open cohort from the start dates above; your child’s learning access begins on that date. If enrollment is closed, sign up to hear when a future cohort opens.
Each child gets their own profile and learns at their own pace. Children can take turns on one compatible iPad.

Scribble provides step-by-step instruction and feedback as your child writes. You help with setup, encouragement, and a consistent practice routine. Some children need more support, especially when getting started—you don’t need to teach every stroke yourself.
15 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Short, consistent sessions are more effective than long, infrequent ones.
You’ll need an iPad running iPadOS 18.3 or later, a compatible, pressure-sensitive Apple Pencil, and a continuous internet connection. You can get your equipment before the cohort starts.
