Family Account Overview

Your Family account connects the parent dashboard and iPad app. Sign in with the same parent account on both.

• Home: download guidance until the first learning activity, then reports and charts with relevant one-time or action-needed notices. Download Scribble stays available in Settings. Finish profile setup from Children or the iPad app.
• Children: all student profiles, Active/Inactive learning access, reports, Edit and Add a child.
• Settings → Download Scribble: app download, sign-in instructions and equipment guide.
• Settings → Billing & access: each child’s subscription, recurring charges and cancellation, payment details and invoices.
• Settings → Invitations: invite another parent as an admin or grant selected report access.

Each child’s Scribble subscription is $1,000 billed annually ($83.33/month equivalent) or $100 billed monthly, plus applicable tax. Annual billing collects the full annual amount, not monthly installments. Eligible students receive a 14-day trial, at most once per student; subscriptions renew until canceled.

Add a new child through Checkout on the website. Their profile and eligible trial are created after verified payment-method setup. Parents can finish the profile on the website or iPad. Profiles and reports remain available when learning access ends. Use Billing & access to manage the subscription, and reuse the same profile when subscribing again. Each child should have a separate profile.
