Starting Your Free Trial

Start your child’s 14-day free trial after verified payment setup. Have your iPad, Apple Pencil and paper-texture screen protector ready.

Verify your email at signup, select monthly or annual billing for one child, and enter their first name. Review trial eligibility, equipment requirements, terms and charges before completing Stripe Checkout. Use a card, Link or a supported wallet; a saved payment method is required. Add siblings through separate Checkouts from the dashboard. Restart an eligible existing child’s subscription from their section in Settings → Billing & access.

Each child’s Scribble subscription is $1,000 billed annually ($83.33/month equivalent) or $100 billed monthly, plus applicable tax. Annual billing collects the full annual amount, not monthly installments. Eligible students receive a 14-day trial, at most once per student; subscriptions renew until canceled.

Open Settings → Billing & access, choose Manage trial, and confirm cancellation in Stripe before the displayed trial deadline to pay nothing for that child. Otherwise, that subscription is charged after 14 days and renews monthly or annually. Each eligible sibling gets their own trial deadline. A returning student pays at Checkout without another trial.

After cancellation takes effect, you may subscribe the same child again at the current monthly or annual price. The child’s profile and learning history remain visible after access ends; subscribing again does not restart a trial. Contact support for exceptional billing changes.

If setup is interrupted, return to signup to recover the same signup. The same Checkout is recovered without creating another profile or resetting the trial.
