Add Student Profiles

Add a child through Children → Add a child on the website. Home also offers Add a child before your first profile is created. Complete Checkout with a saved payment method to create their profile and eligible 14-day trial. The iPad can complete an existing profile; new children are added through web Checkout.

During signup, enter one new child’s first name before saving your payment method. To restart an existing child’s subscription, open their section in Settings → Billing & access and choose Restart subscription. Finish their age, writing hand and avatar in the dashboard or on iPad. Each subscription stays with that child; a sibling added later receives a separate trial if eligible.

Use Edit to correct a child's details while keeping their identity and learning history. Create a separate profile for a different child. Contact support about transfers; do not rename a child's profile to give it to someone else.

Children shows Active or Inactive learning access independently of profile setup. Manage future charges in Settings → Billing & access. Profiles and reports remain available after learning access ends.

Separately granted complimentary access, historical prepaid access and student extensions retain their accepted terms.
